which video / tv card?

Hello, all:

I'm looking for a new video card (AGP) and TV tuner card. Can anyone
make any recommendations? I'd like to keep the total under $200. Should
I get a card that does both, or keep them separate?

No games, so I'm not worried about high-end 3d.

What type of software will I need (for video in), and which XFree86
revision?

The best Linux support is priority number one.
