All you'd have to do is send an "undeliverable" message after they send the
part of the message that matches your filter.  Doesn't the order go
HELO
MESG FROM
RCPT TO
DATA
or something like that?  You should be able to send something indicating that
your username is "bad" based on their entries in the RCPT fields and their
origin without too much difficulty.  'Course, if you're using sendmail instead
of the "better in nearly every way IMHO" postfix, it'll take you a couple of
years to come up with the rules to do it, right? :)
