D-Link makes a lot of network cards.  Some are tulip-based.  Others
are RTL8139-based.

If it is a tulip-based card, make sure you are running a recent kernel
(2.2.16 or 2.2.17preX).  If the "tulip" driver doesn't work right, try
the "old_tulip" driver.  If that doesn't work right, try the "de4x5"
driver.
