Is your goal to just spread out dns queries to two seperate subnets 
both residing on a single server? You should be able to configure both ip 
addresses within your named.conf through the 'listen-on' tag and include 
both addresses with NS records for the domains that you would like to have 
load balanced. I'm not sure if nameservers caching these records would 
favor one server over the other. I'm shooting from the hip without looking 
in the oreilly book, so after a glance there, i might have a more concrete 
answer.
