First of all, a switch that supports it.

Second, you need the software.  On a Red Hat 7.3 system, see
/usr/share/doc/iputils-20020124/README.ifenslave.  You should also
look at Documentation/networking/bonding.txt in the kernel source
tree.

I'd be really surprised if there wasn't something on this in the
HOWTOs.
