Running Deep Dream

So I spent the morning installing caffe, and all the pre-requisites, but I 
have no clue how to run a python notebook?

According to what I've read I just open the notebook, but when I run 
ipython qtconsole, the File menu has no option to open a Notebook like it 
should.

Has anyone managed to get this code running?
