There really isn't a "generic" tcp_wrappers guide. Mainly b/c there isn't
a generic network or generic rules that you can assign. No two setups of
tcp_wrappers are the same.

If you want really really limited access to the machine.. set up the only
hosts allowed for network connection in hosts.allow and deny ALL:ALL in
/etc/hosts.deny.
