sudo

I am not familiar with the sudo command but I understand that the concept
behind it is to allow certain ordinary users some access to commands
otherwise reserved for the superuser.

I am wanting to give my user account the ability to run tcpdump, and other
various packet analyzers. I know that I will need access to libpcap, but I
am not certain what else I should be looking for.
