Yeah, that's out of print.  I saw a book at Border's
in Fairview Heights,_Tom Swan's GNU C++ for Linux_ ,
which looked decent, outside being about C++  :)

There's a _Sam's Teach Yourself C Programming for
Linux in 21 Days_ , I haven't seen it in stores, but I'm
told books in this series are often okay introductions
if you can ignore the sometimes ridiculous titles.
