Squid NOT renewing cache when it should

I added some icons to a web site for Halloween and then removed them
on November 1.  Squid is still using a couple of these graphics.  All
three Squid proxies.   I've changed the config to use the IE
"refresh".  I've tried refreshing with Netscape 4.7x (which usually
works).  Is there a way to manually delete these entries (out side of
recreating the entire cache)?
