IE security

Hi,
I'm sure that I saw a report somewhere in the last coupla months of an
IE problem in which urls that contained a particular character code (maybe
%01) would not be displayed correctly. For example, a link that had the
href value of "http://www.luci.org/%01@badsite.com" would look like
www.luci.org in the address window, but would take the user to
badsite.com.
Now I can't find this through googling, does anyone on this list
remember seeing such a report?

eks
