Yeah, probably.  I had heard at one point that the Fedora Legacy
people were going to require that rpm be upgraded, but I hadn't looked
into it much yet...

Although you should note that RH9's rpm (which is what I think they're
insisting you upgrade to) still has some of the RH8 bugs.  They're
just *much* harder to hit.  So far I haven't seen it eat the rpm
database like RH8's rpm did on a semi-regular basis though, just
deadlock on occasion.

Yet another reason FC1 is still a better choice, if at all possible...
