For the full treatment, you need "dd" plus "resize2fs", since Norton
Ghost, as I remember, will resize the filesystem as needed.  Plus, Ghost
will do entire disks.

Parted will also do the job.  It's probably the closest to Ghost, though
there were a few gaps in its feature list last I checked.
