2.3 was only bad for a few kernels there, when filesystems were rather
questionable.  2.3.10 on should be OK.  A lot of drivers may or may
not compile right now though because of the resource changes and such
that Linus made a couple of weeks ago.  If it compiles, it should be
OK though.
